Hard-facing Welding Dam Plate for Flash Furnace

This smelting furnace is introduced in Finland Outokumpu flash furnace smelting, applied to smelting of matte. The hard-facing welding dam plate is used on the side of slag tap of slag launder external connection position, for prevent from the slag water. Shantou Huaxing copper cooling plate applies forged copper slab with drilling, welding etc. processes, and hard facing welding on the surface, the work life is more than 2-3 times of casting dam plate.
